By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Separate services such as Minecraft, Discord, and future server access may have additional terms.
Purpose of the website
The site provides development updates, documentation, rules, launch information, account connections, and authorized territory tools for HistoriaMC. Public information is provided for general community use and may be revised, corrected, or removed without notice.
Accounts and connected identities
Website accounts use Discord sign-in through Supabase and may connect Minecraft identities. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for activity performed through your signed-in session. Do not impersonate another person, link an identity you do not control, share a linking code, or attempt to access another user's account.
Public handles, display names, Discord avatars, linked Minecraft identities, and synchronized civic information may appear on player profiles or with development posts. Website roles and publication authority are assigned directly by HistoriaMC administrators.
Nation roles and territory permissions are synchronized from the Minecraft server. A website connection does not grant authority beyond the permissions assigned to that player, and access may change when server records or nation roles change.
Territory and shared-world tools
The claim editor is a shared planning and publication tool. You may edit or publish territory only for a nation you are authorized to represent. Do not bypass claim capacity, required-territory, approval, authentication, or other access controls.
Drafts, published versions, and synchronized server data may be delayed, corrected, restored, rejected, or unavailable while the tools and server are in development. HistoriaMC staff may correct or restrict territory data when needed to address errors, unauthorized changes, conflicts, abuse, or shared-world integrity.
Community participation
Access to the future game server and community spaces is subject to the HistoriaMC Rules. Staff may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect the community, infrastructure, or other players.
Development-post reactions, responses, and replies are public. You remain responsible for material you submit and must have the right to share it. By submitting a response, you grant HistoriaMC permission to display, format, moderate, and preserve it as needed to operate the discussion and protect the community.
Acceptable website use
You may not:
- Attempt to bypass administrative or security controls.
- Misuse sign-in sessions, Minecraft linking codes, nation permissions, or territory editing tools.
- Disrupt the website or overwhelm it with automated traffic.
- Misrepresent yourself as HistoriaMC staff.
- Publish harassment, spam, unlawful material, malicious links, or content that exposes another person's private information.
- Copy or use HistoriaMC branding in a way that implies authorization or ownership.
- Use the site for unlawful or abusive activity.
Intellectual property
Original HistoriaMC names, written material, visual identity, and site design belong to their respective creators. Minecraft game assets, names, and trademarks belong to Mojang Studios and Microsoft. Other third-party material belongs to its respective owners.
Third-party services and links
The website relies on third-party services including Vercel, Supabase, Discord, and Minecraft-related providers. External links are provided for convenience. HistoriaMC does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or policies. Your use of those services is also governed by their applicable terms.
No warranties
The website and pre-launch information are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HistoriaMC disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content or synchronized data, a particular launch date, preservation of account connections or pre-release features, or uninterrupted access to territory drafts and publication tools.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HistoriaMC and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on pre-launch information.
